DESIGN CONCEPT 
This option is only available after a CONSULTATION has been purchased and completed so that a better idea of your expectations and budget can be noted. This service is handled as a flat fee that will be custom quoted for you based on the size and scope of the project, but minimum starting price of this service for a single room would be at least $1,500. Whole house concepts would start at $7,500 for homes in the 1,500 sqft range, estimating $5/sqft . It serves as a game plan that fully maps out the intended look and function of the space, provided in the way of mood boards with inspirational photos. It does not provide exact selections and a finish schedule. It can be used on it's own to help guide the rest of the project or it can be used in conjunction with HOURLY ASSISTANCE to implement all of the ideas laid out in the concept.

Once the DESIGN CONCEPT is created, it can be used as a tool to present to your builder/contractor so that they can properly estimate your project. That way, we can tweak and adjust things to make sure your expectations and your budget align with one another. You are allowed one round of revisions at no additional cost. Past that, additional revisions can be done at an hourly rate of $195 (billed in 15 min increments). From there, you have the option to either 1) take over and execute the plan yourself, or 2) move into the next phase under HOURLY ASSISTANCE and have SDid handle the sourcing and selections to ensure everything is executed the way you envision. 
**This Design Development phase MUST be preceded by a Consultation.

HOURLY ASSISTANCE
This next phase would move into an hourly billing model to provide full flexibility and transparency to the client. During this phase, specific product and finish selections can be made, 2D Drawings and 3D renderings can be created, purchasing can be done (where applicable) and project management including site and showroom visits are also provided as the project progresses. That way, you can utilize my assistance as much or as little as you'd like to ensure that the concept created during the DESIGN CONCEPT phase is properly executed.

Additionally, I understand that not all projects require a DESIGN CONCEPT to be laid out first, so I'm happy to dive right in and provide HOURLY ASSISTANCE on an as-needed basis. A consultation would need to be purchased and completed first and a retainer fee would be collected up front (10-15 hours depending on the size/scope of project).
