Service Description
A professionally curated space at an affordable flat rate! This package will provide a floor plan, 3D renderings, finish schedule and a shopping list for you to follow and execute on your own time. This package is perfect for those looking to fully makeover a mini space or section or a room, from finishes to furniture and everything in between. Examples of rooms in this size range would be entryways, drop zones, wet/dry bar, powder room - max size of 50 sqft. Whether you are DIY'ing the whole project or handing over your finish selections to a contractor, you'll get professional design assistance without the structured in-person meetings and pricey hands-on fee. We'll collaborate virtually through your own personal online portal to make sure we get your space designed and styled just right. Once you're happy with the concept, you'll be given all the tools needed to put the plan into action. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Personal web portal for project collaboration (login information will be provided after purchase) - (1) concept board per room with suggested finish and furniture selections - (1) to-scale floor plan per room showing placement of selections (NOTE: this is a conceptual floor plan and not to be used as a construction drawing) - (1) 3D rendering per room conveying the finished look - (2) views of this rendering will be provided in JPEG form - (1) round of revisions not to exceed one hour of work (additional pieces sourced will be billed at $195/hr, rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment) - Shop-able list of selections that include no more than 8 pieces (additional pieces sourced will be billed at $195/hr, rounded to the nearest 15 minute increment) - Detailed finish schedule noting all finishes and selections for the space - Execution and installation instructions to be implemented by the client (see terms and conditions below) - Access to Samantha Dunmire Interior Design for 60 days after final design package is submitted to client for any installation questions and advice. Past that, a consultation can be purchased to revisit the design.
Cancellation Policy
By purchasing this package you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1) This package is for the purchase of virtual design only and does not include any in person site visits or meetings. 2) A 15 min welcome call will kick off the project to outline the timeline and expectations. After that, all communication will be done via email and through your personal design portal. Additional zoom meetings will have to be pre-scheduled and may require additional fees. 3) If the room you are intending to have designed is larger than the max size permitted by that package, additional fees may apply. 4) All deliverables will be given as stated in the package description in the following rough time frame: - After our first 15 min all, the client will need to work to provide all applicable drawings measurements, and photos to SDid. Work cannot begin until all initial deliverables have been received by SDid. - Then, the first round of selections and drawings will be submitted to the client within 2-3 weeks - Client has 1 week from there to submit any revisions or additional requests. - Once revision requests are recieved, final drawings and selection sheet will be handed over 1-2 weeks from there. - Total time for completion is anywhere between 4-6 weeks from the time client has sent all necessary information to SDid. The quicker the client response time is, the quicker the project can be completed. 5) SDid will not be held responsible for the execution, ordering, delivery or installation of any part of the suggested design. 6) The client has 60 days from the time the completed package is delivered to the client to ask any questions for execution purposes. If within that 60 day period any of the items suggested to the client are discontinued or backordered longer than 2 months, SDid will provide an alternate suggestion at no additional cost. If within those 60 days you or your contractor would like to have a video call to discuss the execution, one 30 call will be included at no cost. Anything past that will be billed to client at $195/hr in 15 min increments. Anything outside of this will be subject to the fee of $195/hr. 7) Any photos provided to SDid during and after the project completes can be used on all print and online marketing including but not limited to magazines, social media and on any company websites. 8) There are no refunds or exchanges on the purchase of this package after the initial 15 min call has taken place.
