This master suite combined mid century modern style with classic elements. A neutral color palette throughout allows for the green tiled focal wall to stand on its own. The earthy green ties in beautifully with the wood features on the trim and vanity. We're seeing lots of wood this year!
The handmade feel of the wall tile is complemented by the way it is installed. The straight stack look lends a more modern feel. To keep it more simple, the walls are coated in a slightly warm, soft white. The one I chose here is Benjamin Moore White Dove. This shade will work well in a either a low light or brightly lit space, not too warm or too cool. The best way to test out paint colors on your own walls is to use samples from Samplize. This is easiest and most accurate way to pick the right color!
We mixed matte black and brushed gold metal finishes throughout to add interest and pops of color and texture where needed. The textiles are soft and neutral to keep with the modern feel. The rugs provide a subtle geometric pattern to coordinate with the hexagon tiled floor.
